Refund Policy

1. Free tier

No payment, no refund needed. The free tier is genuinely free — see the pricing page.

2. Pro monthly ($9.99/month)

• 14-day refund windowfrom your first payment if the service doesn't work for you.
• Email founders@protectyourvibes.ai within 14 days, from the email address on your account.
• We issue a full refund and downgrade your account to the free tier.
• After 14 days there are no refunds for monthly plans, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.

3. Pro annual ($99/year)

• 30-day refund window from your first annual payment.
• After 30 days, we offer a prorated refund for technical issues we are unable to resolve within 7 days of your report.
• Renewals on year two and beyond are non-refundable but cancellable.

4. Team plan

Refunds for Team and Enterprise plans are governed by the signed order form or master services agreement. Contact legal@protectyourvibes.ai.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost every billing dispute within a business day. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to Stripe Radar and, for repeat fraudulent chargebacks, to consumer-credit agencies.
